What a great guy, have now used Rob for 2 services, efficient, friendly and polite, excellent service, even down to last september, my motor mover jammed as i was moving the van off the drive, it was stuck in the gateway, and i was going away on the friday for the weekend, called Rob and he was with me in 20 minutes, could not fix the fault straight away, but made a temporary repair so that i could go away, and he ordered the parts express delivery, and made arrangements with me so that when i returned on the Sunday, he met me at home, and fitted the parts so that i could get the van on the drive (and no extra charges for the weekend work), not only that, but identified that the dealer who fitted the mover in the first place, had done it incorrectly causing it to fail, I would not use anyone else now or in the future, Excellent service, and my upmost thanks.
