I rung up to arrange a service recommended by my brother in-law, couldn't believe it when they said "yes" we can do it to tomorrow at 9am, As promised 9am next day a very polite chap called Rob turned up, he was brilliant very polite and knowledgeable, I must of asked him about 50 questions and he had a answer for every one.
Also he fitted me a nine pin plug on my car, which was £40 cheaper than the price I'd been quoted, so all in all good prices and good work.
PS:- get plenty of coffee in.

What a great guy, have now used Rob for 2 services, efficient, friendly and polite, excellent service, even down to last september, my motor mover jammed as i was moving the van off the drive, it was stuck in the gateway, and i was going away on the friday for the weekend, called Rob and he was with me in 20 minutes, could not fix the fault straight away, but made a temporary repair so that i could go away, and he ordered the parts express delivery, and made arrangements with me so that when i returned on the Sunday, he met me at home, and fitted the parts so that i could get the van on the drive (and no extra charges for the weekend work), not only that, but identified that the dealer who fitted the mover in the first place, had done it incorrectly causing it to fail, I would not use anyone else now or in the future, Excellent service, and my upmost thanks. Why is this guy different? the most obvious reason is the price, more than £50 cheaper than my local dealer, but more importantly he arrived early, was polite, presentable, pleasant, knowledgable and articulate! carried out a full service with a full report, advised on the projected life span of fire extinguishers, water pumps, and gas regulators even to the extent of telling me which week of the year my tyres were manufactured, a couple of fuses, new gas stickers and one shot wheel nuts plus VATall included in the quoted price of £135. Excellent service and will certainly recommend to all my caravanning friends.

I know its hard nowadays to get a good customer service so when i get it i like to comment on it...A very polite man & turned up on time a very complete service with check sheet copy for me, lots of tips & quotes for any repairs needed ..
very happy would use again
